Thyme is one of the most common aromatic herbs in Provence, it is also frequently called farigoule. Thyme needs the sun and grows wild on the arid, rocky hills of the Mediterranean regions.
Our artisanal syrup is made from an infusion of thyme and cane sugar. It is the Made in Provence syrup par excellence.
Ingredients: cane sugar, water, natural thyme flavor, concentrated lemon juice, safflower extract, preservative: potassium sorbate, colors: ordinary caramel, brilliant blue FCF.
