The Brie Aux Truffles is a speciality soft cheese made from cow’s milk. It is sliced vertically down the middle and filled with a mixture of Mascarpone and pieces of truffle.
The truffles bring out the earthy, mushroom-like qualities of the brie, while the brie rounds the flavour of the truffle into a massively aromatic depth. It pairs perfectly with champagne – ideal for dinner parties.
Enjoy with fresh white bread, red wine from Loire, Burgundy or Alsace, white wine Loire, Burgundy, Alsace, Rhône Valley.
