Brillat-Savarin offers a delicately salty and slightly acidic flavor with fresh aromas of butter and cream. More refined, its taste becomes more distinctive with notes of butter more assertive in the heart, aromas of hazelnuts and a scent of mushrooms on its rind!
Brillat-Savarin is made exclusively from whole cow's milk and cow's milk cream, obtained by skimming whole milk.
