Liqueur made from infusion of cherries. The selection of cherries and their blending is the secret of the delicate aroma and roundness of Creme de Cerise. Two carefully chosen varieties enter its composition: the Burlat black cherry brings body, roundness and structure while the Montmorency sour cherry gives all its liveliness, its delicious acidity and its length in the mouth to this cherry cream.
